2 tips: 1) when you enter your User ID and Password the
first time, you CAN copy and paste the user name, but you have
to TYPE the password or it will not work. After you enter the
first time, you can create your own password, etc... 2) The
program is CASE Sensitive - i.e capitals must be entered as
capitals etc..
