The Mayor’s Scholarship fund allows Lawrence families who do not have a state child care subsidy to access affordable, subsidized, licensed child care. Instituted in 2020 at the height of the pandemic, this fund allowed parents to return to the workforce and have a safe place for their children. The program is managed and administered by The Community Group and Child Care Circuit.
El fondo de Becas del Alcalde permite a las familias de Lawrence que no tienen una subvención estatal para el cuidado de niños acceder a un cuidado de niños asequible, subvencionado y con licencia. Instituido en 2020, en plena pandemia, este fondo permitió a los padres reincorporarse al trabajo y disponer de un lugar seguro para sus hijos. El programa está gestionado y administrado por The Community Group y Child Care Circuit
